Responsibilities
* Transition the business through the digital metering rollout and provide ongoing assistance with changing processes.
* Provide advice and support to the billing team.
* Maintain customer and property details for pre‐billing processes and provide/process information for customers in relation to metering matters.
* Assist in the planning and programming of retail meter reading routes and provide advice to other staff members about stopped or faulty meters identified in the field.
* Maintain a high standard of consistency and efficiency of all metering functions.
Qualifications
* Experience in metering services in a relevant business or similar public sector organisation.
* Extensive knowledge and skills gained from on‐the‐job training.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of computer systems and applications.
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
