Compliance Manager Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned compliance professional to join our team as a Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of training operations, compliance documentation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to daily RTO operations, including student administration, trainer management, and academic coordination
* Evaluate and report on internal controls and risk management strategies
* Track and manage audit outcomes and ensure timely resolution of non-compliance or risks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent qualification in a related field such as ASQA compliance or auditing standards.
* In-depth knowledge of ASQA frameworks along with vocational education experience are preferred skills that help us succeed.
The ideal candidate would have proven expertise in audits including policy development along with excellent communication reporting stakeholder engagement skills.High organisational analytical thinking has high attention detail supporting leadership.
