The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within financial services, tech, or professional services.
* Familiarity with technology and control-related roles is a plus.
* Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
* Proficient in tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel.
