Job Details
* Manages fortnightly Australian retail payroll data
* Validates, reconciles and processes high-volume information from multiple sources
* Ensures compliance with legislation, awards and internal controls
* Acts as the primary contact for payroll queries across the retail network
* Investigates discrepancies, analyzes data, and resolves issues quickly
* Collaborates with UKG (T&A) and HR3 (processing) to ensure accurate inputs
* Maintains robust checks and balances across the entire payroll workflow
* Supports process improvements and drives efficiency
Retail or FMCG experience is highly desirable.
