About the role
As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and supporting customers and centre teams at a Centre level.
Responsibilities
You'll own customer experience and operations in your centre. You'll be the daily point of contact in one of our business centres and an integral part of delivering the best customer experience.
* Build effective relationships with new and existing customers
* Work as part of a team to give our community everything they need.

* Own and care for your centre - ensure it is always the professional and inspiring work environment our community requires;
* Drive profitability of our centres through supporting sales or additional services and ancillary income.
