The role is for a Club Manager at the Nundah club. The manager will inspire the team and lead the club to success, using people leadership, financial acumen, analytical capability and management expertise to oversee all aspects of club operations and create a thriving Goodlife Club.

Fixed‐term contract from December 2024 until September 2025.

• Manage sales budgets and analysis to design proactive improvement strategies.
• Contribute proactively to the club's sales targets.
• Manage projected and actual profit and loss levels.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns successfully.
• Recruit, train and retain staff members.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders.
• Administer annual performance appraisals.

• Leadership experience managing a sales team of 5+ direct or indirect reports in a high‐volume, fast‐paced environment, ideally within the fitness industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with exceptional verbal, written and time management abilities.
• Experience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&L.
• Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
