This is a unique opportunity for someone dedicated to providing top-tier fitness instruction and customer service in a premium facility. Our Fitness Instructors motivate, inspire, and educate members to reach their fitness goals while delivering a premium experience for all users. We seek reliable, hardworking, motivated individuals with a passion for creating impactful experiences and driving change for our members, possessing a flexible and can-do attitude. This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, including a 7-day roster with Public Holidays and weekend work. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be vibrant and energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about personal training and fitness. Availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekdays, and weekends is essential. The Sporting Club of Sydney features strength, cardio, and functional training zones, an outdoor training terrace, separate group fitness, mind-body, and cycle studios. Additional amenities include an indoor 25m pool, outdoor 50m pool, spa, cold plunge, steam room, traditional sauna, infrared sauna rooms, an indoor/outdoor café, day spa, golf simulator, and child-minding facilities for members and their guests. The role will work closely with Duty Managers to ensure a premium experience is delivered consistently.
