In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide leadership in all aspects of clinical care, coordinating the effective assessment, planning, and delivery of services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. You will supervise and work collaboratively with the residential care team to deliver person-centered care, act in an advisory and educational capacity, and oversee infection control protocols throughout the facility. About you: To succeed in this role, you’ll be a Clinical Nurse or an experienced Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and tertiary qualifications in Nursing. You’ll bring strong clinical competency, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and plan care effectively. A genuine commitment to a customer-centric approach is essential, along with the ability to lead and influence a multi-disciplinary team.
