Marketing Manager – Motorcycle & Bicycle

We're seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across the Motorcycle and Bicycle industries. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who understands the culture, the consumer, and how to turn brand storytelling into measurable results.
Working closely with Retail Leadership, Product and Sales teams, you'll shape and deliver strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support growth across company‑owned retail, dealer networks and e‑commerce.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Brand Leadership
* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
* Own brand positioning, messaging and storytelling across all channels
* Drive consistent brand execution across retail, digital, events and partnerships
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
* Lead digital marketing activity including social media, content, EDMs and SEO
* Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across relevant media channels
* Track and analyse performance metrics, optimising activity to maximise ROI
Events, Sponsorships & Partnerships
* Deliver event marketing initiatives including competitions, sponsorships, activations and trade shows
* Build and manage relationships with athletes, influencers, ambassadors and industry partners
* Strengthen brand credibility and reach within the motorcycle and bicycle communities
Collaboration & Leadership
* Partner with Product and Sales teams on launches and promotional activity
* Work cross‑functionally with Operations, IT, Finance and Retail leadership
* Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing marketing team
* Foster a positive, inclusive and performance‑driven team culture
Commercial & Operational Focus
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
* Continuously refine processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

About You
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
* 3–5+ years' experience in a marketing leadership or senior marketing role
* Background in action sports, lifestyle, outdoor or consumer brands highly regarded
* Strong digital marketing capability (social, influencer, paid media and analytics)
* Experience delivering events, sponsorships and brand activations
* Confident analysing data and adjusting campaigns for performance
* Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
* Proven leadership and project management capability
* Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and CRM platforms (desirable)
* Genuine passion for action sports including Motocross, MTB, BMX, Skateboarding, Snowboarding or Surf is strongly preferred
* Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
