Facilities Manager

CBRE is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and service delivery across a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets on the prestigious Charter Hall account. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high‑profile, supported, client‑focused role, with a strong emphasis on tenant satisfaction and maintaining high‑performing assets.

This role is a 12‑month parental leave cover that gives you the opportunity to join a high‑performing team and gain exposure to a key client account. You'll have the opportunity to work from home 2+ days a week, set your own hours and experience true work‑life balance


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver superior service and tenant engagement through effective communication and relationship management.
* Oversee daily building operations, ensuring cost‑effective and compliant facilities management.
* Manage budgets, procurement, financial reporting and operating expenditure.
* Ensure risk management, WHS, safety audits and inspections are completed to the highest standard.
* Manage and coordinate service providers including cleaning, security and maintenance contractors.


About You

* Proven experience managing industrial, retail or commercial property facilities.
* Strong customer focus with a passion for stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent financial and budgeting skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Contractor management expertise in a performance‑driven environment.
* Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to succeed in a dynamic role.
