APAC Regional Sales and Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading global medical device company, is seeking a talented Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth and innovation across Southeast Asia. This is a Perth-based role with significant regional impact. (Peters Surgical (ADVANCED MEDICAL SOLUTIONS GROUP PLC)) About the Role
Responsibilities
* Build, develop, and grow the assigned territory to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Manage relationships with current distributors, including negotiating sales goals, overseeing agreements, and tracking payments.
* Identify and negotiate opportunities to expand the distributor network.
* Forecast primary sales and track secondary sales performance.
* Travel with distributor sales representatives, sales managers, and product managers to support sales efforts and engage key surgeons and users.
* Develop and execute strategic business plans in coordination with regional and global marketing teams.
* Organise and deliver product training, education, and workshops for distribution partners.
* Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and distributor teams to achieve sales targets, gain market share, and differentiate the business from competitors.
* Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives at all levels, including clinical and economic stakeholders, to create tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision makers.
* Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour, developing strategies and tactics for growth and profitability.
* Coordinate with regulatory support teams to ensure market access.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the medical device or healthcare sector.
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and face-to-face.
* Experience working with distributors and key stakeholders in Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
* Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently from a home office.
* At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 5 years of relevant experience.
