Minimum 6-12 months medical reception experience is required.

Duties:
Appointment scheduling and bookings
Theatre Bookings
Patient registration
Billing Medicare and private health insurers
Referral triaging
Other administrative duties as required including stock maintenance
Medicare and private health billing
Aged Debtors
Bank account reconciliations
Essential requirements:
Should be committed towards excellent patient care and customer service-oriented approach
Familiarity with GENIE or any electronic medical software
Familiar with Microsoft excel and data processing
Quick learner of new skills
High level of organisational skills involving time management, accuracy and attention to detail, multi-tasking and efficiency
