Hourglass by Design is a premium body sculpting and aesthetics clinic specialising in non-surgical body and skin transformations. As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our team.
We are currently recruiting for two positions:
1. Beauty Therapist / Body Sculpting Specialist (experience preferred)
2. Trainee Body Sculptor / Receptionist

Position 1: Beauty Therapist / Body Sculpting Specialist
About the Role
This role is ideal for a qualified beauty therapist with a passion for body sculpting and results-driven treatments. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver customised face and body treatments.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing non-surgical body sculpting and skin treatments
* Conducting in-depth client consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
* Supporting clients throughout their transformation journey
* Maintaining exceptional client care and professional standards
* Assisting with general clinic duties when required
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Beauty Therapist (Certificate IV or Diploma preferred)
* Body sculpting experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
* Minimum 2 years experience in beauty, aesthetics, health, or clinical environments
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
* Genuine interest in body, skin, and wellness treatments
Position 2: Trainee Body Sculptor / Receptionist
About the Role
This is a dual role suited to someone looking to enter the aesthetics industry. You will support the clinic with reception duties while training in body sculpting treatments over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Front desk reception and client bookings
* Greeting clients and managing enquiries
* Assisting therapists and maintaining clinic presentation
* Learning body sculpting treatments through hands-on training
* Administrative support and daily clinic operations
