Role Responsibilities
* Develop detailed SEO strategies, performance forecasts, and execution plans, conducting technical audits, site architecture reviews, and competitor analysis.
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical SEO fixes and site migrations across CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Neto, Magento, Webflow, etc.) for your allocated client portfolio.
* Maintain an advanced, up-to-date understanding of search engine algorithm changes, evolving E-E-A-T guidelines, and emerging AI search methodologies.
* Innovate keyword research, content briefing and work with the team to develop link outreach.
* Utilising appropriate SEO tools to automate workflow.
Service Development & Growth
* Drive the continuous improvement and scaling of our standard SEO deliverables, reporting templates, and technical audit frameworks.
* Proactively identify opportunities to expand organic visibility for clients within specialised or complex niches.
* Articulate SEO requirements, technical roadmaps, and campaign ROI in a clear, concise, and commercial manner to both internal stakeholders and clients.
* Assist in identifying organic growth or upsell opportunities within your existing portfolio to contribute toward the overall growth of the SEO department.
* Act as the senior technical SEO anchor for the wider Reform Digital team, providing hands‐on support and troubleshooting for complex site issues.
* Assist in overseeing, mentoring and guiding junior team members on their client strategies while actively participating in internal upskilling programs.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Minimum of 2+ years' experience in dedicated SEO delivery and optimisation.
* Proven ability to articulate complex SEO requirements clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience across website backends and CMS platforms, with specific, strong expertise in WordPress and Shopify.
* Strong technical SEO capability, including hands‐on implementation, basic coding knowledge, and a sound understanding of site migrations.
* A collaborative approach, working closely with internal teams to share insights, communicate site fixes and align on overall strategy.
* Up to date with industry trends, including a strong understanding of SEO resource allocation and navigating niche industries like YMYL & E-E-A-T spaces.
* Experience working in agencies or fast-paced teams across multiple SEO accounts using industry-standard tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console and various keyword research platforms).
