IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that will involve working on-site and in the office, with some flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have a background in desktop, server, and cloud support, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide level 1, 2, and 3 technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
* Setup and support server environments, including Hyper-V, SQL, Exchange, and Linux.
* Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
* Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect client data and systems.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments to ensure optimal performance and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
* Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and RMM/PSA tools.
* Logical troubleshooting skills and ability to work autonomously.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
