Our Team
As a leading SAP partner, Capgemini has extensive experience in implementing scalable solutions across various industries. Our team supports clients in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce, and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP, and SAP Innovation.
The Role and Responsibilities
This role involves leading and managing functional teams on SAP S4 Greenfield implementation and rollout projects or SAP support and maintenance projects within the Procure to Pay (PTP) functional area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of SAP S4 Greenfield MM (PTP) functional solutions.
* This person will collaborate closely with clients and demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure high-quality work products and deliverables that meet client expectations.
* They will apply project management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for clients.
* Based on user requirements analysis, they will prepare functional design and specifications, system configuration, perform relevant testing, and deployment of designed business solutions.
* They will understand configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area.
* Leads user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
* 8+ years of functional experience with two or more SAP Materials Management (MM) module: Material Requirements Planning, Purchasing, Service Management, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience working with current SAP Configuration.
* 5+ years' experience working with design, implementation, and support of SAP ERP.
* 3+ Full Life Cycle (FLC) large project implementations including FIORI set-up and testing.
* Proven experience managing and leading small to large teams.
* Experience with project delivery methodology and processes.
* Experience in designing and implementing direct, indirect, consumables, and spare part procurement.
* Experience in designing sub-contracting and tolling processes with costing integration.
* Experience in designing co-packing and 3PL processes with TM integration.
* Experience in designing procurement master data and batch classification design.
* Extensive experience in management consulting or consulting services, preferably Big 4.
