Position Overview
Step into a dynamic, outdoor security role where your presence matters. This is an active position—no desk work—requiring regular patrols and strong teamwork.
Static Security
– Maintain a strong presence at designated sites
Mobile Patrols
– Conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents
All roles involve public interaction and require standing/walking for extended periods.
Flexibility is key
, with shifts including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
? Conduct foot patrols and manage access control
? Report hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity promptly
? Engage with the public professionally and courteously
? Support team members during events and peak periods
? Maintain high standards of conduct, appearance, and punctuality
Requirements
?
Valid Victorian Security Licence
(including control room & monitoring centre)
? Valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 minimum)
? Ability to perform foot patrols and maintain visibility
? Experience with
CCTV & access control systems
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills
