THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting 12 months Max term parental cover opportunity for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our Growth Marketing team based in Macquarie Park, Sydney.
In this role, you'll lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and account‐based initiatives across priority portfolios, playing a critical role in sustaining demand generation, pipeline momentum and Fujifilm's broader growth objectives.
You'll work closely with sales, product, digital, channel, corporate communications and agency partners, combining strategic campaign leadership with strong execution to deliver customer‐centric, brand‐aligned and commercially impactful outcomes.
You'll be joining an energetic, high‐performing and award‐winning marketing team. This role suits an experienced marketer who thrives in fast‐paced environments, enjoys end‐to‐end ownership, and is confident influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead integrated campaign and ABM strategy development, using customer, market and data insights to drive demand across priority segments and accounts
* Own end‐to‐end delivery of demand generation and ABM campaigns, ensuring on‐time, on‐budget execution aligned to governance standards
* Manage campaign budgets, resources and delivery across multiple initiatives
* Oversee development and execution of content and assets across digital, email, social, web and campaign channels
* Measure and optimise campaign performance and ROI, translating insights into clear recommendations
* Collaborate closely with sales, product, digital, corporate communications and agency partners, while ensuring brand, legal, privacy and Spam Act compliance
Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in SaaS, software and/or ICT marketing environments
* Strong capability in integrated campaign planning, demand generation and ABM
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets and priorities concurrently
* Solid digital marketing fundamentals (LinkedIn, SEM, marketing automation desirable)
* Strong stakeholder management skills across varying levels of seniority
* Customer‐centric, data‐driven and outcomes‐focused mindset
