ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking a competent Project Supervisor with proven experience in overseeing projects, particularly in the road maintenance sector. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, as the majority of the work will be conducted at night. The ideal candidate will be adept at planning site activities, managing personnel including subcontractors and traffic control teams, and maintaining clear and professional communication with clients.
DUTIES.
4. Oversee project operations, predominantly during night shifts
5. Plan site activities and manage personnel, including subcontractors and traffic control
6. Client management
7. Complete site diaries, shift reports, and various administrative documents
8. Work programming and ensuring project is on schedule
9. Organise subcontractors and site teams efficiently
10. Strong understanding in roadworks, including stormwater, pits, and kerb & gutter
11. Implement and adhere to OHS regulations and company procedures
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
12. Previous experience with road maintenance projects
13. Strong understanding of RMS/Transport specifications
14. Able to work night shift majority of the time
15. Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
16. Ability to display strong leadership skills
