* Analysing workforce data and trends to inform evidence-based decision making
* Designing and managing transition programs including role changes, redeployment, and workforce reduction initiatives where required

* Demonstrated analytical capability with workforce data and insights
* Experience in change management methodologies and people transition programs
* Future-focused thinking with a passion for enabling people and organisational success
You will also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.
