We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 2 IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic IT team. Your role will be working onsite and being responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. The Level 2 IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization's IT infrastructure. To be successful you will be a friendly and engaging team member with demonstrated experience working in IT support. In this busy role, you will be part of a small growing team of Service and Support professionals who are remotely based, you will be self-motivated, organised, and have the ability of working independently using tools to collaborate with your colleagues. Key Responsibilities: Providing onsite and remote based IT helpdesk support of staff and vendors to resolve any issues, requests, and incidents. Provide End User Support (Level 1 and Level 2) Resolve incidents assigned to you in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount. Serve as a point of escalation for technical issues that require Level 2 support. Work with other IT departments and external vendors to identify and implement solutions to technical issues and system outages. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation to aid in the resolution of technical issues. Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 1 year of experience in a level 2 based role. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with common IT systems and software (MS Windows, M365, Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Cloud apps,). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills.
