About the role
Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always ready to give it a red‐hot go. They provide friendly and helpful service to every customer, ensuring a memorable experience. They greet customers with enthusiasm, offer tools and advice to turn DIY dreams into reality, and share expert tips throughout the store.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service across the store
* Manage stock efficiently while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
* Operate checkout registers with a smile
* Participate in a supportive, inclusive team that makes a community difference and has fun
Qualifications
* Passion for customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
* Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
* Enthusiasm for learning about products and services, and readiness to assist across different store areas
* Integrity, safety awareness and a commitment to doing your best
* Availability to work adaptable hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekends and public holidays
Location & Hours
Townsville Central Warehouse – full availability during daytime, evenings and weekends. Forklift ticket holders are encouraged to apply.
