We are looking for a proficient Panel Beater to join our team. Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged panels, frames, and other components, ensuring the reassembly of the vehicle back to the pre -accident condition. Candidates should be experienced in using various tools and techniques to shape, cut, and weld metal panels. Check received parts on arrival, disassemble vehicle as per job sheet, ensuring that all work performed meets industry and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
* Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed.
* Remove, repair, or replace damaged panels, alignment, and fitment.
* Use hand and power tools to straighten, file, grind, and sand vehicle surfaces.
* Weld, grind, and smooth surfaces to restore the original shape of panels.
* Apply body filler to repair dents and scratches, then sanding for a smooth finish.
* Reassemble vehicles and ensure all parts are functioning properly.
* Work with paint technicians to prepare vehicles for refinishing.
* Follow all safety procedures and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar automotive repair role.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools.
* Ability to work with a variety of materials, including steel and aluminum.
* Proficiency in using welding equipment, hydraulic presses, and spray equipment.
* Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
* Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications.
* Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive repair.
