Are you an experienced Service Desk Analyst looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract, providing Level 1 support to a key financial services client. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and customer service skills in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
**What You'll Do**:
- Deliver exceptional Level 1 support, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365.
- Provide support for Windows 10/11 environments (MCITP preferred).
- Manage and troubleshoot TCP/IP, VOIP, Video Conferencing, and basic networking issues.
- Support Apple products, including iPhones and iPads.
- Use your can-do attitude to ensure workstation PCs are optimized for reliability, availability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Utilize IT Service Management tools to track and resolve issues.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 1-5 years of experience in a fast-paced Technology Service Desk environment.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of audiences.
- Experience with IT Service Management tools and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
