* Monitoring project progress and advising the Director of any challenges or information gaps.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, actively seeking new business opportunities.
* Reviewing team workload, resourcing, training, and hiring team members to grow as needed.
This role offers autonomy, leadership opportunities, and a chance to shape the future of our surveying services. Some weekend work and overtime may be required based on project demands.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary: $130,000–$180,000 + Superannuation, tailored to your experience.
* Exceptional support: Dedicated administrative support from an industry veteran with 15+ years of experience, allowing you to focus on surveying and leadership.
* Fully equipped: Company vehicle, phone, and laptop provided.
* Leadership opportunity: True autonomy to build, shape, and scale the surveying team.
* Career progression: Play a key role in growing this side of the business.
* Statewide presence: Access to offices in Pakenham and Geelong.

* Excellent customer service and client management skills.
* Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
