Role and Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple turf and landscape crews, managing schedules, performance, and training
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all sites
* Act as key client contact, building relationships and ensuring contract delivery
* Plan and manage maintenance schedules, resources, and equipment allocation
* Identify efficiencies and improvements to enhance service delivery and outcomes
* Manage budgets, tracking labour, materials, and overall contract performance
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards
* Lead risk management, safety initiatives, and on-site team development
* Support Team Leaders to coordinate crews across multiple locations
* Monitor performance, client feedback, and drive continuous improvement
What will you need?
* Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or similar (Desirable)
* A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Automatic)
* National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
* Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
