You'll manage care for up to 70 clients, lead a team of 20 support workers, and play a huge part in expanding services in your area through strategic community outreach and client onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Client Care & Oversight - Design and oversee tailored care plans that deliver real value. Team Leadership - Lead, coach, and support your team of carers to consistently high standards. Sales & Growth - Drive new business through community networking, outreach, and client conversion. KPIs & Performance - Meet and exceed individual and team goals for client growth, quality of care, and efficiency. Admin & Compliance - Stay sharp on documentation, rostering, and care standards. What We're Looking For Enrolled or Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) Full working rights in Australia Previous experience with Home Care Packages (HCPs) gives bonus points!
