Job Description Key responsibilities: Manage and oversee contract lifecycles to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Liaise with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth contract lifecycle operations.
Support day-to-day contract management activities and ensure compliance with terms and timelines.
Review, analyse, and interpret contractual agreements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contractual agreements.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in contractual agreements.
Ensure alignment with organisational policies and industry regulations.
Prepare reports on contract performance and status updates for management.
The Successful Applicant A successful Contract Management Resource should have: Experience in IT asset and contract management (financial services experience preferred) Solid understanding of legal and compliance requirements in contract management.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools or procurement platforms.
Solid communication skills for internal and vendor engagement.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in Sydney.
Attention to detail for compliance, dates, and contract terms.
FNMS experience is a nice-to-have.
