Align Concepts Pty Ltd (CDB-U51045) is a quality-driven residential builder specialising in high-end architectural renovations, extensions, and major additions. Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team.
This role is ideal for a carpenter who enjoys leading sites, working from detailed plans, and delivering premium finishes on well-managed projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead carpentry works on high-end residential renovation and extension projects
* Read and interpret architectural drawings and engineering documentation
* Supervise and mentor carpenters and apprentices
* Coordinate subcontract trades to maintain workflow and program
* Work closely with the builder to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
* Maintain safe, organised, and professional sites

About You
You will have:
* Trade qualification as a Carpenter
* Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior carpenter
* Strong background in architectural and high-end residential construction
* Ability to work confidently from plans and specifications
* Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
* A professional attitude and pride in quality workmanship

What We Offer
* Competitive pay: Annual, all inclusive salary of $120,000-$140,000, based on experience
* Full-time engagement.

* All materials and consumables supplied (including saw blades)
* Clear programming and expectations — work completed within a 40-hour week
