Overview
Contract Administrator – Tier 2 Builder – A leading Tier 2 builder is seeking a motivated Contract Administrator to join their delivery team on upcoming large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across Perth. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of subcontract administration, procurement, cost control, and contract compliance, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected builder with a strong pipeline of projects ranging from $50M–$300M, offering stability, career development, and exposure to landmark Perth builds.
Key Responsibilities
* Full subcontract administration including procurement, scopes of work, claims, variations, and EOTs
* Support head contract execution and compliance
* Maintain accurate cost control, forecasting, and reporting
* Collaborate with site, project, and design teams to achieve program and quality outcomes
* Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
* 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or residential construction
* Proven skills in procurement, financial reporting, and subcontract management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Driven, detail-focused, and keen to progress your career with a Tier 2 builder
