Are you a finance professional looking for an exciting role that will put you right in the heart of the action? Each is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our passionate team! As our Finance Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to interface with colleagues across various departments to tell the story of our financial data, interpreting it in a clear, meaningful way that drives success.
What you’ll be doing
* Analyse financial data and transform raw information into meaningful, actionable insights
* Apply strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to support informed decision-making
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to clearly articulate financial findings
* Act as the key link between finance and operations, translating numbers into practical advice
* Provide insights and recommendations to decision makers across all areas of the business
* Build and manage budgets, forecasts and maintain accurate financial information
* Complete financial acquittals in line with organisational and funding requirements
* Partner closely with Directors, Area Managers and Cost Centre Managers to deliver tailored financial solutions
* Contribute to the overall performance and success of Each through proactive financial support
Who we're looking for
* Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline
* CPA or CA qualified, or substantial progress towards qualification
* Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar management accounting role
* Experience working in a medium to large organisation
* Strong commercial and organisational acumen
* Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders
* Solid understanding of how technology and analytics support decision‑making
* Appreciation and/or understanding of the Not‑for‑Profit sector
* Enjoy working collaboratively with like‑minded professionals to support NFP services
