About the Role:

State Manager (3 Stores) As State Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance, culture, and operational excellence of three boutiques within your state. Reporting directly to Head Office, you will lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding commercial results and an elevated customer experience.

This role is ideal for a driven retail leader who thrives in a hands-on, multi-site environment and is passionate about premium menswear and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the performance of three stores, ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals are consistently achieved.
* Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing, customer-focused teams.
* Drive an exceptional customer experience across all locations, with a strong emphasis on personalised service and clienteling.
* Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
* Analyse sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities, implement strategies, and improve store performance.
* Manage staffing, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management across the state.
* Oversee inventory management, stock flow, and stocktake processes to maximise sales and minimise loss.
* Act as a key liaison between stores and Head Office, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
* Maintain a strong in-store presence, leading by example and supporting teams during peak trade periods.

About You

You are a confident and commercially driven retail leader who inspires teams and drives results across multiple locations. You will also bring:

* Proven experience in a multi-site retail management role, ideally within fashion or premium retail.
* Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of sales drivers and KPIs.
* A professional, motivating, and hands-on leadership style.
* The ability to coach and develop leaders while holding teams accountable.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* A passion for menswear, styling, and staying up to date with market and fashion trends.
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
