Overview
Are you a motivated professional with a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes? We're looking for a number of dedicated Case Managers / Program Officers (APS5) to join a pivotal team supporting government-led programs focused on community impact and operational excellence.
Location: Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid work model up to 4 days WFH per week following training)
Hours: Full-time business hours - 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday with extension potential
Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate - $55 + Super
The Opportunity
As a key contributor to program delivery, you'll work collaboratively to support case management functions, ensuring participants receive accurate, efficient and policy-aligned outcomes. This is a hands-on role that combines stakeholder engagement, administrative precision and continuous improvement mindset.
What You'll Do
* Provide effective case management and ensure outcomes are achieved in line with legislative requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
* Prepare high-quality reports, briefs and correspondence that support sound decision-making.
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance program delivery.
* Balance workload priorities and contribute to team goals.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in case management, program coordination, or similar roles within government or large organisations.
* Ability to interpret policy and apply it to real-world scenarios.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
