Drive growth and awareness for a leading dementia care provider as a Senior Marketing Officer. This exciting role focuses on implementing marketing plans to drive revenue growth and brand awareness, in addition to developing and implementing marketing and communication plans in line with brand objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to support organisational objectives
* Creating compelling, on-brand content for social media, videos, EDMs, and print materials
* Designing marketing collateral and digital assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
* Planning, managing, and evaluating targeted marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
* Maintaining and growing the organisation's presence across key social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
* Managing the social media content calendar and scheduling regular posts to engage and grow audiences
* Supporting the planning and promotion of internal and external events, including marketing support and collateral
* Preparing and submitting grant and funding applications in line with guidelines and deadlines
* Ensuring all communications adhere to the organisation's brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across formats
* Managing and updating the organisation's website to ensure timely, accurate, and relevant information
* Coordinating quality control and proofreading of marketing content
* Maintaining and updating the organisation's Style Guide to reflect current branding and communication standards
* Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget
* Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics to support continuous improvement
* Actively contributing to the development and visibility of the organisation through strategic marketing efforts
