Return to Work Specialist
In this role, you'll support individuals through their recovery journey post-workplace injury. Your goal will be to deliver personalized services and promote strategies for early intervention.
You'll work closely with vocational providers to achieve return-to-work outcomes. Your focus will be on positively influencing parties to participate in the return-to-work process.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Facilitating regular face-to-face visits
2. Educating stakeholders on the return-to-work process
3. Promoting implementation of strategies for early intervention
4. Working closely with vocational providers

Our ideal candidate has recent or previous experience in workers' compensation and/or claims management. Experience in allied health or job placement is highly desirable. You should possess excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a team player attitude.
