Senior Leadership Role
A highly experienced and skilled wellbeing professional is sought to lead the delivery of culturally safe wellbeing services in Aboriginal communities. This senior leadership role involves overseeing the development, implementation and evaluation of programs that promote social emotional and cultural well-being.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading teams, managing projects, developing policies and procedures, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. They will also possess a deep understanding of Aboriginal cultures and be committed to working within a reconciliation framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing strategic plans for service delivery that are aligned with organisational goals;
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the wellbeing service including staff management;
* Fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders such as local community leaders
