A rare and exciting opportunity has come available to work for our award winning Partner Nicholas Regener to undertake torts litigation for New South Wales Police.
Work will include intentional torts spanning false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, assault/battery, misfeasance in public office, trespass to land and goods and defamation. This role includes administrative and public law, freedom of information and judicial review matters. Additionally you will also undertake some medical negligence matters.
Ideally you will already an Associate or Senior Associate with a background in defence Personal Injury. NSW Police experience would be highly regarded but not essential.
