Join the Luma team and play a key role in supporting our front-office by providing high-level administrative and operational assistance. You will work closely with the clinic team, including our Nurses, GPs, and Practice Manager supporting a broad range of front office and administrative duties.
This is a part-time or full time role working from our Northbridge and Joondalup offices.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, manage appointment bookings, and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Administrative Support: Provide efficient clerical support to the healthcare team, including Nurses, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, and the Practice Manager.
* Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, process referrals, and ensure timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and procedures.
* Coordination and Communication: Liaise effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders to support smooth service delivery and continuity of care.
* Office and Systems Management: Operate practice management software and office systems to support daily operations, including billing, data entry, and inventory tracking.
About you:
* Superior skills for showing warmth, empathy, and care with clients experiencing complex health and/or mental health needs.
* Proven experience in providing high-quality clerical and administrative support within a healthcare or similar fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting Nurses, General Practitioners, Allied Health professionals, and management.
* Strong time management and organisational abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Experience with Best Practice software will be highly regarded.
