My Implant Dentist, a multi-award-winning and industry-leading dental group, is seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Lead / People & Culture Manager to support our thriving team of 150+ professionals.
Based in South Perth, this is a Part-time, on-site role where you will act as the sole HR leader — responsible for shaping and delivering strategic and operational HR outcomes that align with our dynamic and high-performance culture.

About the Role
As our People & Culture Manager, you will oversee all facets of HR operations — from onboarding and performance management to compliance and staff engagement.
This hands-on role is ideal for a seasoned HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and can bring both strategic insight and practical execution to the table.
Experience with Employment Hero (or similar HR platforms) is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and professional development.
Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including interpretation of the Fair Work Act and relevant employment legislation.
Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive individual and team success.
Maintain accurate digital HR records and ensure full compliance with record-keeping standards.
Partner with leadership to shape and support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience as a senior HR generalist, ideally in a high-growth or high-paced environment.
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident, solutions-focused approach.
