We're looking for a confident, hands-on 2IC (Second In-Charge) Manager to support store leadership, guide our team, and step up when the Store Manager is away. You'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, while supporting the Store Manager to progress efficiency improvements and bigger growth initiatives over time.

About the role:
As our 2IC, you'll support the Store Manager with shift leadership, team support, and smooth store operations. You'll be trusted to lead confidently and by example, provide clear direction on shift, and help maintain strong standards across the store.
What you'll be doing
* Leading shifts and supporting staff on the floor
* Coaching junior team members and encouraging strong work standards
* Maintaining store presentation and customer service expectations
* Supporting day-to-day operations and admin, while identifying and implementing small improvements that help the store run smoother and more efficiently over time
* Acting as second-in-charge / stepping up when required
* Creating a welcoming, bookish customer experience (recommendations encouraged)
