What You'll Do
Oversee and optimise all manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Manage and mentor production supervisors and team members.
Collaborate with planning and operations teams to execute production schedules.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
Take ownership of inventory management and stock control processes.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar production or manufacturing role (chemical industry experience highly regarded).
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP and inventory management systems.
A proactive, safety-first mindset and attention to detail.
