About the Role
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and clinical performance of a medium-sized aged care home. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and foster a positive, supportive culture for residents, families, and staff.

About You
* Current AHPRA registration (essential)
* Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in residential aged care
* Proven experience in change management
* Strong knowledge of aged care standards, legislation, and best practice
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrated commitment to resident-centred care and continuous quality improvement
* Confident managing budgets, resources, and operational processes
