Based from the offices in Melbourne Southeast corridor the majority of time is spent out on the roads across Melbourne with new and existing account customers and stakeholders providing information and timely solutions and building and solidifying long-term relationships that generate new business across the target market. Requirements The ideal person has great interpersonal, communication, relationship and stakeholder management and is an experienced senior business development manager who is driven to succeed by consistently achieving and exceeding targets. Specifically, you will: 3+ years senior business development manager experience in a B2B role Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPI Be a confident & articulate communicator, an engaging presenter and a flawless influencer able to close a sale Take an innovative and creative approach to engaging stakeholders, retaining and growing account balances. Qualifications in marketing, business or commerce are highly desirable.
