Role Description
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital and in‐Salon channels for Justice Haircare and Just Cuts Salons. This role blends omnichannel campaigns and data‐driven performance marketing with integrated omnichannel campaigns to create seamless customer journeys across paid media, owned channels, ecommerce, and physical salon touchpoints. This role requires both strategic vision and hands‐on execution, with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of omnichannel growth.
Responsibilities
Omnichannel Marketing Strategy
* Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, ecommerce, and in‐Salon channels
* Align messaging across paid media, email, website, social, mobile, and print
* Ensure a consistent brand experience across Salons and product lines
* Drive retail marketing initiatives to boost product sales
* Own and manage D2C and B2B ecommerce platforms (including Amazon)
* Optimise UX/UI, conversion rates, and online merchandising
* Lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives
* Manage product launches across ecommerce channels
* Drive retention, loyalty, and subscription strategies
* Track and report on key metrics (CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC, LTV)
Performance Marketing
* Oversee paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
* Partner with agencies to analyse and improve campaign performance
* Lead email & SMS lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and automation
* Optimise acquisition funnels and campaign performance
Data, Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor performance using Google Analytics, ad platforms, and CRM tools
* Analyse customer data to uncover insights and growth opportunities
* Deliver actionable reports and recommendations
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with franchise, brand, and creative teams
* Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and national initiatives
* Partner with Salon operations teams on product education
* Manage relationships with external agencies
Qualifications
* 3–5+ years experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and executing campaigns with omnichannel brands
* Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.

* Strong analytical and financial acumen
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in retail, beauty, or franchise environments.
* Klaviyo experience preferred
* Knowledge of CRM and customer lifecycle marketing
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
