Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team as a Chaplain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide spiritual support and guidance to individuals in need.
* Lead a team of pastoral care practitioners across multiple sites.
* Develop and implement effective pastoral care strategies.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
* Demonstrate strong computer and administration skills.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Diploma or Degree in Theology, Ministry, or a related discipline.
* Ordination as a Deacon or Minister of the Word in the Uniting Church; or an ordained minister from another denomination willing to enter the Admission of Ministers process.
* At least two completed units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent.
* Australian work rights (citizenship or visa).
