What You'll Do:
Deliver high-quality personal care that supports the independence, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents
Build warm, respectful relationships with residents and families
Support residents with daily living needs in line with their care plans
Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional wellbeing
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team
Be an active part of our positive, resident-first culture
What We're Looking For:
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
Genuine passion for caring for older people
An understanding of aged care standards, including person-centred care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Police clearance and relevant clearances (or willingness to obtain)
Bonus Points:
Italian-speaking skills
Previous aged care experience
