## Job Description:**About the Opportunity:**Join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane team as n our Medical Ward Team at our spectacular Kangaroo Point location. In this permanent-part time role (working 24 hours per week) you will be pivotal in delivering high quality care to patients in our Medical Unit specialising in Chronic and Complex Pain Management.You will be encouraged, supported and feel empowered to make every day easier for the people we care so passionately about. This role involves delivering patient centred care that coordinates individualised care from admission and throughout hospitalisation, to discharge. Applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for best patient outcomes. As the Clinical Nurse you will be required to act as a professional resource in all facets of caring for patients whilst problem solving within the clinical setting.
