About the Role

* Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents
* Coordinate, motivate, and develop your team
* Complete accurate and timely documentation
* Provide support to your Clinical Manager
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse in‐charge or prior nursing leadership experience
* Ability to lead, share knowledge, and motivate your team
* Kindness, compassion, and drive to deliver first‐class care to our residents
