The Role
In this role, you will plan, schedule, supervise, coordinate, and execute projects for the supply and installation of windows and doors in high‑end housing developments.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, supervise, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers
* Oversee and manage site installers to ensure quality and efficiency
* Conduct detailed on‑site measurements to support accurate project execution
* Interpret tender requirements, orders, drawings, and plans
* Prepare precise plan take‑offs and ensure all products comply with relevant codes and regulations to provide timely and accurate quotes
The Person
* Previous experience in the glass and aluminium industry (residential windows and doors)
* Knowledge of the National Construction Code and Australian Standards relating to window and door installation
* Proven ability to carry out and record accurate measurements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational, time management, and supervisory skills to maximise productivity
