Agribusiness Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our sales team as an Agribusiness Sales Representative. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers, providing information on our products and services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
This position involves conducting outbound calls, meeting with customers, and identifying their needs accurately. You will also assist customers in understanding the importance of routine maintenance and recommend appropriate services for their equipment needs.
You will work closely with our service team to schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to offer information on products and services.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product sales.
* Assist customers in identifying their needs accurately.
* Provide detailed information on our products, pricing, and service options.
* Collaborate with the service team to schedule appointments and allocate resources efficiently.
* Assist customers in understanding the importance of routine maintenance and recommend appropriate services for equipment needs.
* Maintain accurate customer interactions, orders, and service history records in our CRM system.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns or questions, and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* 5+ years of previous sales experience in the heavy equipment industry.
* Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment products and services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build reports and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
* Proficiency in computer systems and software used in customer relationship management (CRM).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to Plan, develop, and communicate territory coverage to maximise sales potential.
* High school diploma or equivalent. Heavy equipment industry technical training or Certification is a plus.
* Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
* A valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract are required.
